Los Angeles is the country's second-largest market of Spanish speakers, and it doesn't even work as a single market. The Mexican community is the largest, while Salvadoran and Guatemalan communities carry real weight in certain areas. What speaks to Boyle Heights doesn't necessarily speak to Van Nuys.
Boyle Heights, Pico-Union, Westlake, Pacoima and Van Nuys are good starting points. Advertise by area, not to the whole county, or your budget will disappear quickly.

46.5% of Spanish speakers here say they speak English less than "very well". If the phone call, the quote or the contract only comes in English, that's where you can lose the sale.
Be careful with the word "notario". In the U.S. a notary public is not an attorney, and California limits how that term is used in advertising. Check with your attorney before you run ads.
Show the dish, the neighborhood and how to order. In a city with so many options, a Google profile with good photos and recent reviews makes the difference.
Pick two or three ZIP codes where you already have jobs and reviews, and grow from there instead of competing across the entire city.
