The order ticket lives in one place and the register in another
Changes get duplicated, checks get mixed up, and at the end of the shift it's hard to piece together what happened.

Your order pad, in your pocket
The system opens right in the browser: your team can take the order ticket from a phone or tablet while you oversee the exact same operation from the computer. You don't need to install an app on every device.
30-second vertical video: see how straightforward it is to enter an order ticket right from your phone.
Public demo
The demo coffee shop uses dummy data. You can take an order, split the bill, collect payment, and see how the register, inventory, customer record, and reports update without installing anything or sharing your details.
Log in as administrator
Tour the point of sale, management, inventory, and reports with the catalog already loaded.
Log in as server
Open a table, take the order, suggest add-ons, and take payment just like your team would during a shift.
The demo is public and shared: do not enter personal data or real business information. Anything you type can be viewed by other visitors, and it automatically resets periodically.
Minimum hardware
The entire system runs from a modern browser. The computer acts as the main terminal, and your staff can use smartphones or tablets to take order tickets right at the table.
No expensive operating system licenses
Linux is free. In addition to the computer equipment, you only need a compatible receipt printer to hand out bills.
Computer requirements
Cell phones and tablets only need connectivity and a modern browser to take orders.
Proven foundation
We start from the system built for Jardines Área Café.
Built for the industry
Tables, order tickets, recipes, ingredients, cash register, and customers.
Grow in stages
Activate what's essential first, and expand whenever you're ready.
The cost of disorganization
When sales, recipes, customers, and inventory live separately, every shift demands memory, messages, and corrections. The system connects these dots so information moves right alongside operations.
01
Changes get duplicated, checks get mixed up, and at the end of the shift it's hard to piece together what happened.
02
Without recipes tied to costs and inventory, a popular item can hide waste or thin margins.
03
Conversations get buried, and no one remembers who ordered, what they bought, or when it's best to follow up with them.
You don't need another spreadsheet. You need sales, costs, and customers to tell the same story.
A single operation
We don't start from a slide deck or an empty template. The current foundation handles the daily operation of an actual coffee shop; WhatsApp and AI customer care connect as external integrations within the approved scope.
Point of sale
A fast operation for the bar, dining room, and counter, built so multiple team members can work on the same check.
Recipes and inventory
The recipe stops being an isolated file: it becomes the link between sales, consumption, purchasing, and profit margin.
CRM and loyalty
Maintains context to recognize returning visitors, follow up, and build a relationship that benefits both sides.
WhatsApp, AI, and reports
Connect the channels your business already uses and turn daily operations into actionable information.
The advantage lies in the connection
Each module can work independently. The true value emerges when a single event updates the entire operation.
01
Dine-in, at the counter, or through the WhatsApp flow we configure for your business.
02
The team sees the exact same order ticket, its modifications, extras, notes, and staff in charge.
03
Point of sale logs the payment and the recipe deducts the corresponding ingredients.
04
History, loyalty points, and follow-ups are tied directly to the customer once they identify themselves.
05
Costs, margins, stock levels, alerts, and sales patterns to plan the next shift.
Reference case
Jardines Área Café forced us to solve what happens during rush hour: multiple staff members handling the same table, recipes consuming sub-recipes, cashier station, inventory, purchasing, customers, and pickup orders.
That experience forms the technical foundation of your project. Your implementation updates products, business rules, and priorities; it doesn't start from scratch.

How we get started
First we understand the problem. Then we define the base scope. That way you know what you get before activating the service.
On a video call, we review how you sell, collect payments, purchase, serve, and track inventory today.
We define modules, configuration, data, and integrations before starting. Anything left out is clearly separated.
We start from a foundation already developed for your industry and tailor it to your products, recipes, and workflow.
We deploy the system on the contracted hosting and leave the agreed-upon version fully ready to launch.
Questions before deciding
No. The base version has no upfront payment: we only charge $595 MXN per month for hosting. We start with POS, CRM, recipes and inventory, and publish the base configuration we agree on with you.
Special features, new integrations and usage fees for external services are reviewed separately before you commit to them.
Covers the agreed infrastructure to keep the application live. Additional development, extended support, third-party services, and subsequent changes are not considered included unless explicitly stated in the proposal.
Yes. The available baseline covers catalog, dine-in tables and counter, shared order tickets, split checks, partial payments, tips, register drawer, and receipts. During the video call, we confirm which part of that workflow your operation needs.
The defined setup can be part of the agreed scope. Meta, GoHighLevel, the WhatsApp provider, the AI model, or other services may charge per phone number, conversation, or usage; these third-party fees are not included unless stated in the proposal.
The reference POS does not include a native chatbot: the AI assistant is integrated, configured, or developed within the approved scope, with human supervision for exceptions and sensitive decisions.
To get started, all you need is a computer with 8 GB of RAM, 20 GB of storage, a 2 GHz Intel Dual Core processor, and Linux—a free operating system—plus a compatible receipt printer.
Everything runs right from a modern browser. Floor staff can also access the system from a mobile phone or tablet to place order tickets directly tableside.
It depends on the format, volume, and quality of the data. We review it during the diagnosis and let you know what can be imported within the initial scope and what would require additional work.
The timeline depends on the scope, data quality, and required integrations. It is established in writing after reviewing your operations and prior to getting started.
